34. Marvel Movies: Blade Trinity (2004)

Captain America: Civil War is coming soon, as is X-men Apocalypse, so this list was due.

Oh man, this is one that should have been good.  Blade II was so good, even with some bad CGI.  But the story in Trinity is flimsy and overall not that interesting.  Blade Trinity felt more like a made for TV movie, after school special.

It did feel like it was a logical step to go for Dracula, but the way he was portrayed and calling him Drake, this just took too much away for me.  I didn’t like this one from the get go and have only watched it a handful of times.  The most recent was a couple of weeks ago and it does not hold up at all.  I actually have watched all of the bad Marvel movies within the past few weeks to prepare and some, like this have been painful to watch.

The trailer actually looks decent and there are some things that are really cool.  Ryan Reynolds was extremely annoying.  Jessica Beil was pretty cool and of course Wesley Snipes was great, but this one falls on its face for me.
